All UK sales (trade or retail) are delivered through our UK carrier Graveleau
UK depot near Heathrow airport. For most terracotta orders (St Jean de Fos and
Anduze) delivery costs are quoted from the UK depot. We will always quote the
best price to cover packing and delivery to the buyers UK or Overseas address.
Customers are welcome to arrange their own delivery or ask for delivery to another
shipper if arranging a mixed container delivery to their destination. All delivery
costs are made on weight and cubic volume of order. We can arrange quotations
on request.
Terracotta garden pottery is either cartooned or crated depending on size of
order, and palletised. Customers are asked to ensure the following:
- Access to delivery address is suitable for easy delivery and offloading.
- There are enough people on hand to receive the delivery if heavy or numerous
pots are ordered. Charges will be incurred if two drivers are required or difficult
access or extra time is required for difficult deliveries.
- Please check that doorways and gateways to gardens or terraces, or through
houses are wide enough for large pots to pass through. We cannot be responsible
for any charges incurred for failed deliveries due to lack of information about
possible problems of access.
